The quick-release pins make swapping it between my Garmin and a cheap dress watch take about five seconds, and the silver hardware hasn't scratched at all despite daily gym use. The rubber interior actually grips my wrist during runs, so it doesn't slide around like my old strap did.
The leather already has that nice broken-in feel straight out of the box, and the molded rubber inside keeps it from sliding around during my runs. Swapping it between my Garmin and an older watch takes seconds thanks to the quick-release pins.
